Be happy for no reason, like a child. If you are happy for a reason, you’re in trouble, because that reason can be taken from you.

relieffffffff.
woah there, buddy.
Two years ago, all that I wanted in life was to go to college, be in a sorority and on a sports team, have amazing college friends, graduate high school well, and have a closer relationship to everyone around me (family, friends, Jesus).
Today, it hit me.
I go to one of the best universities in the country, majoring in something that I am wildly passionate about. I graduated high school with such a successful career; and I even use every social media possible to stay in contact with all of my favorite teachers. I got into my first choice sorority: ΔΓ (HOT DAM!) with an AMAZING momma/big (who was also my first choice) and twin. I am also one of only two freshman that made my college’s cheerleading team. My friends here are amazing beyond amazing; I’ve grown closer with people that I have known for less than a year than I am with people I have known for many years. I talk to my parents daily, and am so much happier with myself. Plus, I may or may not have a mister. Just a cherry on top.
Life is amazing.
just keep working hard. it will all come in due time!

I saw this man on the Metro this past Monday, and asked him who the flowers were for. They were for his wife. They’ve been married for 47 years. Every Monday, he brings her home flowers after work.
